Terms and Conditions

Before using any of our service, you signify that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree any of our policy, please contact with our customer service.  By using our website, you agree to be legally bound by our terms. Turkey Travel Consultant may change these terms and conditions at any time. Turkey Travel Consultant reserves the right to cancel or change a tour if it is necessary. All of your requests must be directed to our customer service.

 

Prices listed on the website are per person unless otherwise specified. Prices may be changed until a booking has been confirmed. Prices may not include some extra fees, tax, tips, passport and visa fees.Passport and visa situations are the responsibility of passengers.

 

Payment

 

A 50% booking deposit is required on confirmation to keep all services as reserved and confirmed unless otherwise specified. The final 50% balance arrival of Istanbul TURKEY. Credit cards are accepted, VISA and MASTERCARD. A deposit for all tours must be prepaid except otherwise stated. For all of our services, we charge 50% of total cost as a deposit and we charge the rest 50% on arrival unless otherwise specified.

 

Cancellation Policy

 

The customer may cancel the booking  3 days prior to the start of the tour, a refund will be made total of paid amount minus cost of the domestic flight and/or bus tickets. Once deposit form has been signed by the customer and received by us, the domestic flight and/or bus tickets WILL NOT BE REFUNDED unless otherwise specified. The cancellation must be confirmed by customer service.

 

The customer may cancel the booking within 3 days the start of the tour, a refund will be made total of paid amount minus cost of the domestic flight and/or bus tickets and cost of the first night hotel stay. Once deposit form has been signed by the customer and received by us, the domestic flight and/or bus tickets and cost of the first night hotel WILL NOT BE REFUNDED unless otherwise specified. The cancellation must be confirmed by customer service.

 

If cancelled within 2 days the start of any tours, WILL NOT BE REFUNDED by Turkey Travel Consultant. If the cancelled 2 days prior to the start of any tours, will require a 25% payment of the total amount of the reservation unless otherwise specified.

Changes Without Notice

 

Turkey Travel Consultant reserves the right to change your current hotels, domestic flights, ferry and bus tickets without a notice as some situations are beyond our control.

 

Visas and Documentation

 

Each traveller must have a valid passport with at least 6 months minimum remaining before it expires. The traveller is responsible for obtaining information about entry requirements and visas for the countries to which they are traveling. It is the responsibility of the Clients to be in possession of a valid passport, visa permits, vaccinations, preventative medicines and other medical certificates and all necessary travel documents. Turkey Travel Consultant is not liable for damages arising from changes in regulations or laws to the necessary travel document requirements. Information about these matters is given in good faith by Turkey Travel Consultant but without liability.

 

Personal Travel Insurance

 

Turkey Travel Consultant provides no insurance for passengers due to loss on the trip herein. Passengers are advised to obtain their own travel insurance for health or baggage loss. Insurance is also recommended to provide coverage if refunds pursuant to the final payment and cancellation clause below are unavailable due to the terms of that clause.

Healt and Conduct

 

All Clients are expected to satisfy themselves prior to booking that they are fit and able to complete the itinerary of their chosen tour as described in the brochure. Any Clients with pre-existing medical conditions or illness must declare the true nature of such conditions at the time of booking, and make arrangements for the provision of any medication or other treatment which may be required during the tour. Such a client is required to provide a medical statement from a General Practitioner to confirm they are fit to travel. Failure to make such disclosure will constitute a breach of these booking conditions and relieve Turkey Travel Consultant from any obligations and liability.

Air Transportation

Please consult your travel agent or the airline for the applicable penalties and/or restrictions. If passengers purchase non-refundable air tickets, Turkey Travel Consultant cannot be responsible in the event a tour is cancelled.

 

Not Included on the Price

 

The following is a list of some major items not included in the rates;

 

Room service charges, Items not on portions of menus reserved for Turkey Travel Consultant passengers, laundry, beverages, alcoholic and otherwise, items of a personal nature, airport departure taxes and any other items not specifically listing in the package rate includes section.
